Zine Submission Information
"Femmes et Collage" is a funky, whimsical zine dedicated to the women in the ARTS during the time of the 1800's -1900's. I chose this theme because so many female artists were not celebrated as much as their male counterparts. Collage is my favorite medium and this zine is a mixture of collage and other art, ideas, how to's , essays and surprises.
SUBSCRIPTION INFO: $ 30.00 US for quarterly subscription,(Plus 1 bonus issue for subscribers) $ 40 Canada or $ 60 International. Each issue is $ 9 US. Interested in submitting your artwork, a favorite artistic technique, essays or poems?I'm looking for whimiscal artwork with a female theme..however you express that idea is up to you. THINK: Whimsical, female artists (artists, dancers, actresses, writers etc..) from the 19th- 20th Century.
Submissions in the form of collage, assemblage, photography, altered books, paper arts, jewelry making and found art is welcome!
Written submissions (how-to's, essays, poems, etc) on Female artists, French related themes and creativity are encouraged.

HOW TO SCAN YOUR ARTWORK:
JPEG/jpg
300dpi
Artwork with high contrast
High contrast black and white photographs
Your file name should be your name, plus which issue you would like it to be submitted.
White background preferred
Include your name and title of your artwork
PC format

HOW TO SNAIL MAIL YOUR QUALITY PHOTOCOPIES OR ORIGINAL ARTWORK:
Email me to let me know that a package is on the way.
If you would like your artwork returned, please include stamps/money order/international money order in the same amount that it took to mail the package to me. Please note, your artwork will not be returned to you until after the issue of Femmes et Collage Zine is complete.
Allow 2 weeks for international delivery
Mail your package through the USPS.PLEASE Include your name, email address, website, mailing address and title of your artwork
When submitting artwork, you may also want to submit a short statement about why you like working in a certain media.
SUBMISSIONS are welcome on an ongoing basis. Writers and artists will keep ALL copyrights to their own work.
